LPD Quality Network is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) quality workspace for inspections, NCRs, ITP hold points, document control, training and ISO/QMS records. It is operated by LPD Services and Supply (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms.
This is a digital product. After a successful payment (Paystack or another processor we enable), access is granted immediately — typically within a few minutes, and in any event within 24 hours — at www.lpdquality.com. A 14-day evaluation trial may be started without a card. There is no physical shipping.
You own inspection photos, NCRs, documents and other data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data only to run the Service for you. AI analysis is decision-support only. You remain responsible for accept/reject decisions, NCRs and compliance with your contract and the law.
Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or resell our training or process library as a competing product.
You may cancel at any time. See the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or ZAR 1,000 if you have not paid fees).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts of South Africa have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
