Cancellation Policy

1. You may cancel at any time

There is no lock-in beyond the current billing period. Cancel from inside the app (account / billing) or by emailing jacqdut@gmail.com from the account email with the subject “Cancel subscription”.

2. What happens when you cancel

  1. We stop the next Paystack renewal. You will not be charged again.
  2. You keep access until the end of the period already paid.
  3. After that date the paid features close. Project data is retained for a reasonable period so you can export it (typically 30 days). Request export from the same email.
  4. A trial can be ended immediately. A trial has no charge, so nothing is billed.

3. How to cancel (step by step)

  1. Sign in at www.lpdquality.com.
  2. Open the account / billing / Paystack manage-subscription control, and cancel the plan; or
  3. Email jacqdut@gmail.com with your company name and the email on the account. We confirm cancellation in writing within 2 business days.

4. Refunds after cancellation

Cancellation stops future charges. It does not automatically refund the current period. If you qualify for a refund, use the Refund Policy.

5. Delivery timeline (digital)

Access is electronic and starts immediately after payment (see Refund Policy, section 2). Cancelling does not require return of physical goods.
