A bounded trial on one project area, with written success criteria and a clear path to a Project or Enterprise licence. Not an open-ended free trial.
Purpose
Prove that inspections, NCR close-out and evidence packs can run in your live environment with less handover friction — before any long-term commercial commitment.
Duration & scope
Duration: 30 days from kick-off
Scope (select one primary area):
NCR + evidence close-out, or
Inspection capture + register, or
Document control / progressive databook slice
Success criteria
Agreed in writing before start. Typical minimum:
Named roles actively using the system on the selected area
At least one complete evidence path produced from the platform (e.g. inspection/NCR → supporting files → PDF pack)
Written feedback from the project quality lead on fitness for their process
Commercial terms
Preferred: paid pilot (indicative USD 2,500 – 7,500) so the exercise is treated as project work
Strategic exception: unpaid pilot only where both parties agree a reference path in advance
If success criteria are met, a Project or Enterprise proposal is issued within five working days
Pilot access ends at day 30 unless a licence is placed or an extension is agreed in writing
